The weather around these parts has been unusually good as of late. I can’t think of the last time we’ve had an April that’s been this… nice. Usually we’re well into May before things start to get really pleasant. Look, here’s the current weather conditions here in Michigan:
WTF? It’s 81°F in the middle of April here and it’s expected to hit 84°F before the day is done. For those of you who don’t live in Michigan, the normal low/high range for April in Michigan is 38.4°F to 57.8°F. That’s over a 20°F difference from the normal highs. We also tend to average 3.05in of rainfall in April. I don’t know how much we’ve had this month, but I’m pretty sure it’s not close to 3 inches. Did we suddenly trade places with Florida and no one told me?
Looks like things will be going back to normal before too long, though. Tomorrow’s high is only supposed to be 68°F and by next Monday it’ll be back down to around 59°F, but damn. I’m actually sitting around in shorts and a tank top it’s so warm here today.
